Last July, the rehabilitation works of the Laredo Food Market were completed, recovering the original character of the original market.

The work carried out by Tektia consisted in the opening of new accesses, as well as the rehabilitation of the interior unitary space, which has a functional organization composed of four large stalls, two smaller temporary stalls and a block with complementary spaces, such as a pilgrim service office and accessible services. The roof structure, vertical walls, floors and ceilings were also restored.

The Laredo Market is a centerpiece of the daily and commercial life of the municipality, with a high architectural value and was designed by the architect Eladio Laredo, with modernist influences.
